The FSPA is collaborating with FMP Payroll Services to offer outsourced payroll services to our members. The partnership, which will run for an initial term of three years, will see the award-winning outsourcer offering FSPA members a discounted payroll service.
Taking the administrative and legislative hassle of payroll away from our sports and play businesses means they will have a little less work and more time to focus on their core business activities – play included!
Jane Montgomery, Managing Director of the FSPA said: “FMP Payroll Services came to us with a commercial deal that would have secured a commission paid directly to the Federation.
“But we have chosen to pass that benefit onto our members as a discount on the services that FMP offers, as a valuable additional business service forming part of the FSPA membership offering.”
The new payroll services offering complements the broad range of key business services already offered to our members.
FMP Payroll Services forms part of the FMP Global group, offering outsourced UK payroll services, payroll and HR software, and international payroll and FX services.
Justin Cottrell, CEO of the FMP Global group commented: “It’s great to be partnering with the FSPA and supporting their members. Our cost-effective outsourced payroll services are now even better value with the FSPA discount for members.
“Outsourcing payroll saves considerable time for hard-pressed businesses and ensures that payroll is compliant with the considerable challenges posed now by HMRC and TPA regulation.”

It’s great to be part of an organisation that campaigns for investment in children’s play facilities and which raises the standards of the entire industry.
Having the support of the FSPA behind us is tremendously beneficial and greatly enhances the offering to our membership.
I have been a member of SPE for many years now and every member shows a 100% commitment to promote participation in sport and play in the UK.
It’s sometimes difficult to get heard when you stand on your own. But when you're part of a respected body like the FSPA, people listen and things start to happen.
The opportunity to meet with like-minded people across our sector to discuss some of the challenges is always invaluable.
Working together as a group of companies creates a stronger voice for the play industry, which benefits both suppliers and customers.
