Playtop Limited is Europe’s leading installer of wet pour play surfaces.

Playtop® Safer Surfacing was first installed in 1977 and has undergone constant product development to maintain its market leadership. Playtop is designed for use in play areas and beneath children’s play equipment and was designed to minimise the risk of injury to children who fall in playgrounds. Due to its long lasting properties, Playtop has also proved itself as a versatile surface for golf walkways, pitch surrounds and multi use games areas.

Playtop® is made from rubber granules, bound together and laid in-situ. The continuous surface is very strong, yet soft enough to absorb the impact from a fall. Due to the way Playtop is installed, games and activities can be inlaid to add colour and fun to the play environment. Playtop® Safer Surfacing is ideal for outdoor use as it is completely porous, extremely strong and requires very little regular maintenance.
