Proludic UK Unveils Revitalised ‘Play Hub’ Headquarters in Bunny, Nottinghamshire
Proludic Limited, a leader in the design and delivery of outdoor play and sports areas, has unveiled its newly refurbished headquarters in the village of Bunny, near Nottingham, marking a significant investment in its people, creativity, and long-term growth.
Based in Bunny since relocating from West Bridgford in 2016, the site, now transformed as the company’s “Play Hub”, serves as the central office for teams delivering projects for a multitude of organisations, from local authorities to housing developers, from leisure providers to charitable trusts, across the UK.
Proludic are proud to be part of a global group, responsible for the design & installation of over 120,000 play and sports areas worldwide. After significant local growth, Proludic has reinvested to transform its workspace into a modern, flexible, and inspiring environment.
Proludic’s Managing Director, Rob Baker, commented:
“This investment reflects our commitment to creating a modern environment where our team can thrive, collaborate, and continue delivering exceptional spaces for communities across the UK.”
The renovation introduces a contemporary open-plan layout, complemented by dedicated co-working zones, upgraded meeting rooms, and enhanced communal areas. Designed in response to employee feedback, the space promotes collaboration, wellbeing, and innovation, while supporting a variety of working styles.
Key features include state-of-the-art meeting and collaboration spaces, ergonomic workstations with improved natural lighting, and a range of breakout areas to encourage informal interaction. Reflecting the company’s playful identity, the office also includes unique touches such as a shuffleboard table and a swing in its reception area. Sustainability has been central to the design, with energy-efficient lighting, recycled materials, and even tables made from repurposed CDs.
The project was delivered by East Midlands-based commercial interior specialists We Are Spaces, who combined functionality with sustainable design principles to create a dynamic and future-focused workplace.
The refurbished headquarters was officially opened by Philippe Le Poupon, Vice Chairman of Proludic, during a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by employees. The updated space is now fully operational and has already received overwhelmingly positive feedback from staff. He said once the ribbon had been cut:
“This Play Hub captures the global spirit of Proludic, encouraging our teams to be happy, innovative & creativity, to shape the future of play.”
The Play Hub represents more than just an office upgrade; it reflects Proludic’s ongoing commitment to fostering creativity, supporting its team, and delivering high-quality play and sports environments across the UK. The company now looks forward to welcoming clients and partners into a space that embodies its values and ambitions for the future.
